We offer special discounts to all our guests who book directly with us, we also match any price that you find on line for the same bed type and the same date. All you have to do is show us the booking and if we find that rate available we will offer it to you straight away.
Check in is from 3pm and Check out is 10am.
Late check outs are possible at a cost of €20.00 per bed (new check out time is midday)
Early check ins are possible at a cost of €10.00 per bed (this is dependent on the previous nights occupancy levels)
Yes we have a 24 Hour front desk but it is always best to let us know if you are arriving after 10pm.
We have a mixture of rooms available at the Dawson Hostel.

Our property is accessible 24/7
However we do ask our guests to respect the ‘quiet time’ whilst other guests are sleeping (11.00PM – 7.00AM)
We are an accommodation only hostel, however there is a self catering kitchen available if you wish to cook during your stay.
We have cages in every room under the bed for guests, we don’t provide a lock for these so bring your own. We also rent storage lockers for €5 per day for larger items.
Included in your price is the bed plus the linen duvet pillow, complimentry wifi, common room access and access to the self catering kitchen, towels are €3 per towel.
Unfortunately we do not have any bike storage in the hostel.
No we have no parkaing available.
For bookings made directly with us it is 2 full days prior to arrival and the cost if you do not cancel on time is the full price of the reservation, this policy is different if you book througha 3rd party website like booking.com so please make sure you read their terms and conditions. We can only cancel bookings made directly with us not any other website.
A group booking is anything over 8 people, please contact reservations for the group terms and conditions. – reservations@thedawsonhostel.
We are a cashless hostel so we accept debit and credit cards only.
