We offer special discounts to all our guests who book directly with us, we also match any price that you find on line for the same bed type and the same date. All you have to do is show us the booking and if we find that rate available we will offer it to you straight away.

No Unfortunately we can not offer this service. However you are welcome to chill out in our common areas before check in and after the check out time.
Yes we have a 24 Hour front desk but it is always best to let us know if you are arriving after 10pm. Check in to the rooms is available from 3pm onwards.

Yes! We offer Free Luggage Storage. So if you arrive early you can drop your bags and go explore Galway!
Included in your price is the bed plus the linen duvet pillow, complimentry wifi, common room access and access to the self catering kitchen, towels are €3 per towel.
Yes! We have a Bike Rack Located at the rear of the hostel.
No we dont offer parking. However we can recommend a public carpark closeby to the Hostel. Its called Dyke Road Public Carpark and costs €6.50 per day 8:30am – 6:30pm
For bookings made directly with us it is 2 full days prior to arrival and the cost if you do not cancel on time is the full price of the reservation, this policy is different if you book througha 3rd party website like booking.com so please make sure you read their terms and conditions. We can only cancel bookings made directly with us not any other website.

We are a cashless hostel so we accept debit and credit cards only.
We have a Self Service Laundry onsite which is coin operated. Laundry Detergent is Free!
All guests need to provide a valid ID on check in, Passport, Driver Licence or National ID card will only be accepted. Anyone under 18 cannot stay in a shared dorm, they must stay with an adult in a private room
